Tengo un problema creo que grave con mi impresora. A ver si alguien puede echarme una mano.
Lo primero es informar que mi impresora no es de las convenciona,es (Prusa / Anet), es una Geetech Mecreator 2. Que aunque tiene unas tripas "Parecidas", me parece importante comentarlo.

Tiene una placa "GT2560 control board". Por si esta información es relevante.
Debido a un atasco catastrófico, tuve que cambiar el hotend entero. Tengo un nuevo bloque pero desgraciadamente los calentadores nuevos están rompiendose cada 10-12 horas de impresión.
Desde que lo he cambiado, la temperatura sube tremendamente rápido, se dispara, algunas veces saltando las protecciones de la impresora contra temperatura.
He tenido que regular los valores máximos de corriente (Max bang) le llaman en el config.h del "marlin", pero aun así sigue cascando. He bajado los valores de Kp, Ki, pero siguen fallando.
El otro día hice una prueba con el calentador "al aire", y puse una temperatura objetivo de 40ºC (ambiente 28ºC) y el calentador se puso AL ROJO VIVO, con una diferencia de 12 grados. Se ve que algo no conecto bien.
Los termistores que utilizo son estos: "Termistor 100K ohm NTC 3950 cableado"

Empiezo a sospechar que el problema que tengo es de alguna configuración electrónica. Quizás hay que cambiar algun parámetro del "config.h"

he probado la configurfación "1" y "11" para el termistor y ambas cascan.
¿hay algo que se tenga que hacer adicional? Bajo los parámetros de "max bang" todavía más??? Tengo que hacer un "autotune" del PID?
Cualquier ayuda se agradecería muchísimo.
