hola alguien sabe como puedo adaptar esto a usb para poder usar mach 3

Creo que hay conversores usb en ebay mismamente.

No es tan fácil, Mach3 no te funcionará directamente así, con un conversor de cable.
Si no tienes puerto LPT en tu ordenador no funcionará. Si tienes un PC puedes montarle una placa para agregar un puerto LPT y conectar con un cable db25. El Mach utiliza todos los pines del LPT, con el cable que muestras no funcionará y para hacerlo funcionar por USB necesitas una controladora que sea USB.
