Como cada vez que tocaba algo en el extrusor, lo cambiaba, o tocaba el hotend, había que volver a regular el offset en el Marlin para el auto leveling, me he liado la manta a la cabeza y en un ratillo le he añadido una nueva opción en el LCD para poder regularlo desde ahí, con la opción de almacenarlo en la EEPROM del Arduino, para que se guarde para la siguiente "imprusión".

Estoy de pruebas, y si todo va bien, lo comparto con el que esté interesado en ello Confundidois1:

Actualización 26/03/2014: A fecha de hoy ésta modificación ya se encuentra implementada en el Marlin oficial, por lo que no es necesario hacerla manualmente.

Bueno, tras varias pruebas y alguna vuelta de tuerca, os pongo el código que hay que modificar para añadir la opción, un poco más adelante.

Lo primero, para quien aún no tenga el autoleveling y quiera ponerlo (yo lo recomiendo), el compañero Victor puso un manual explicando los pasos a seguir para hacerlo (Julito y yo le echamos una mano en el IRC de CW). El enlace es el siguiente:

Dicho ésto, comentar que las modificaciones las hice sobre la última versión disponible de Marlin hasta la fecha (commit del 23 de diciembre de 2013). En ésta version, respecto a la anterior que yo tenía (de cuando puse el autoleveling), han mejorado precisamente la propia funcionalidad del nivelado, pudiendo elegirse una matriz de 2x2 o 3x3 para la toma de referencias y posterior cálculo para la autonivelación.
Por si alguien lee ésto pasado un tiempo y quiere la versión del Marlin sobre la que trabajé, la he subido a uno de mis host: http://cut.tf/i

Si tenéis activa la opción del Marlin para almacenar los cambios en la EEPROM del Arduino (#define EEPROM_SETTINGS) os recomiendo limpiarla antes de hacer las modificaciones de más abajo.
Para ello simplemente creáis un proyecto vacío en el IDE de Arduino y cargáis el siguiente código:

El número de línea es orientativo, ya que es posible que algún fichero ya lo hubiera yo modificado antes. Y sí, me gusta dejar comentado el código en lugar de eliminarlo. Si alguien lo quiere eliminar, se puede sin problemas :elrisas:

Como nota, comentar que el valor que se puede modificar ahora desde el LCD, cuanto más próximo sea a 0, más se separa el nozzle de la cama, siempre y cuando el endstop esté "por debajo" del propio nozzle (doy por hecho que es así, si no, es imposible que toque el endstop antes que el nozzle en la propia cama).
El funcionamiento del nuevo menú, es sencillo: Entrar en el apartado Control->Motion y la segunda opción os debería salir la nueva. La modificáis al gusto, y si tenéis activa la opción para almacenar los cambios en la EEPROM, deberéis hacer un "Storage", para que queden guardados los cambios.


Por último, aclarar que a mi no me ha dado ningún problema, pero todas estas cosas ya se sabe, que cada uno lo haga bajo su responsabilidad.

funciona como un reloj.

La impresión 3D casera no es una ciencia exacta: a las mismas entradas y ejecutando el mismo proceso, no siempre sale el mismo resultado .... para desconsuelo de los que sólo queremos conseguir imprimir en 3D :(

Aún no tengo impresora, pero en cuanto me llegue sera de las primeras mejoras que haga. Todo lo que sea simplificar el traba, merece la pena.

Gracias WeSo, un aporte estupendo. Me va a costar resistirme a probarlo. Me lo guardo por que seguramente no tarde en intentarlo yo también.

Podemos hacer un hilo para recopilar todo lo referente al 'auto-nivelado' de la cama. Este método además es relativamente sencillo y barato de implementar. Muy muy tentador.

Es bastante sencillo de poner, ya lo veréis! Y el material, únicamente es un servo y, si no tenéis o no viene en vuestra electrónica ya soldado, unos pines para las conexiones. Vamos, apenas 3 o 4 euros.

Las dos personas que conozco que lo han puesto, están encantados, no han tenido que volver a tocar la cama Confundidois1:

Habrá muchos diseños distintos, realmente es lo de menos, ya que no es necesario que sea 100% exacto, porque con el propio offset que se configura en Marlin (o el Z en el LCD con mi modificación).

Buenas tengo todo el sistema echo y no tengo cojones a seguir por aqui

No entiendo bien lo que me dices... qué haces exactamente?
Después del G92, tienes que bajar el Z hasta que haga click el endstop, y entonces tomas ese valor como referencia con el M114 para ponerlo en el firmware. Vamos, no deberías usar ningún otro comando para que te lleve al origen.

En el firmware tienes que activar el autoleveling con los datos que tomes para el offset. Si no lo activas, el homming te lo seguirá haciendo en la esquina como siempre....

Esos valores no pueden ser. Para que te hagas una idea, éstos son los míos:

Tú le estás diciendo básicamente que el endstop del servo y la punta del hotend tienen unos 12 centímetros de separación Sisi3
Has seguido el manual que puse en el otro post del compañero Víctor? El tema offset es simplemente para eso, saber la diferencia entre el endstop y el nozzle. Aún así, el del X e Y no necesitas que sean taaaaaaaaan precisos, el realmente importante es el Z.
