[PROYECTO] Ulticampy impresora 3D tipo Ultimaker o Makerbot

Hello, i'm Christopher from Italy, and i've started to build a Ulticampy printer.

because i dont like the external LCD i've redraw the front panel for have it behind the panel, i will modify the bottom panel too for fit the LCD.
But before i will do this i want to ask you if it's possible to place the LCD behind the front panel, or maybe the Print table will hit that?

here the image of the front panel and the solidwork file:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/9boi8y10nvpd5h...d.JPG?dl=0

https://www.dropbox.com/s/dd6x04y47a92bm...d.rar?dl=0

after that another question: i cant understand the difference of the joint circled in red in the next image!

https://www.dropbox.com/s/88ora4k657a5qp...l.JPG?dl=0

Thx for the answer,
greetings, Christopher.

P.S. i think that the dwg, and stl file of the left and right panel in the WIKI have some problem, one of the panel is 1mm wider than the other, it's ok? the solidwork file dont have this problem.

Thanks, for your contribution !!, yes its possible place the LCD behind the front panel, but you need modify front panel and floor panel
If you put the LCD behind the panel you need SD Extension like this (see the photo), because the sd card reader is on the left side
in the third photo maybe just a error you can put it as the other slots

Now we convert all part to solidworks, if your not in a hurry you can wait for finish the conversion

Sorry my english not so good, but i think is OK for communicate

We paid to Campy for the panels,140€ all metacrilate panels, so expensive 225€...

i know.. i have read the thread about the 140€ for the panels, so i try to ask here, my CNC machine are too small for do this work... today most of the mechanical parts are arrived.. and the elettronics are traveling too... i miss the metaclilate box and 3 NEMA 17 (but i can steal it from my prusa for start testing)

1 more question, the file for solidworks that can be downloaded from this thread, are the "last version"? i see a lot of difference from the frame in solidworks and the frame in stl/dwg downloadable from the wiki

Bueno, pues me he aventurado y he imprimido el carro Gran sonrisa, 6 horas 30 minutos:

Campy have 6040 cnc router, it is perfect for our panels, if you dont have a more big cnc you need buy the panels in a store(obviously :elrisas: ) but maybe you pay a lot in your country...

P.D. You can find the original panels here: http://ulticampy.synology.me/MediaWiki/i...lticampyv2
