Madre mía... En mi caso esta bien, entra justa pero gira sin problemas.
Lo que si hay q hacer es limar el interior de las piezas impresas para q el rodamiento entre bien hasta el fondo.
Las fotos estan sacadas con un Iphone 6.

Yo en mi caso, que la estructura también tenía el aguejro para métrica 3 y no me gusta ese sistema de polea impresa, al final conseguí las piezas para meterle métrica 8 como en el diseño original y usar el rodamiento 608Z.
Luego me di cuenta que la correa tendía a irse a un lado y rozaba con las paredes; mal asunto jeje.
Debatiendo sobre el tema y viendo varias opciones, la mas elegante y limpia para mi es una un "Corwned Pulley".

No se ya cual usé, lo reescalé un poco para que el rodamiento entrase bien petadito y luego tocó lijar para hacerlo mas fino y redondear un poco el perfil.
Al final es mágico, ver como la correa no se sale en absoluto y sin rozar nada de nada. El rodamiento tampoco roza porque con la tensión de la correa no se desplaza.

P.D: Realmente la mejor solución sería usar unas poleas GT2 con rodamiento dentro como estas, pero por métrica interior (4mm) habría que modificar el diseño original.

Bueno, una idea que se me acaba de ocurrir, y que de hecho voy a probar, es a imprimir un cilintro pequeñito para meter dentro de esos rodamientos MF84ZZ y hacer el diámetro interior de 3mm y así usar las piezas existentes.

Yo lo que voy ha hacer, va a ser hacer la polea entera de aluminio en el torno. Es que realmente el rodamiento que lleva ahí es inútil. Porque lo que hace es girar sobre el tornillo. Si en vez de llevar un rodamiento llevara un casquillo sería lo mismo.

EDITO: Pengo, todas las fotos que has puesto están sacadas desde la izquierda (porque tienes la impresora girada y a la derecha tienes la pared). ¿Podrías sacar una foto desde la derecha de la parte del extrusor?

Orcinsu, creo que te equivocas con lo del casquillo...

Si tu metes algo dentro del rodamiento y lo tensas por la parte de fuera con una correa, lo de dentro (El tornillo o varilla roscada) no roza con el rodamiento ni el rodamiento gira sobre el tornillo, si no que está quieto debido a la tensión y lo que realmente gira es el rodamiento, que para eso esta.

Así los tienes cambiados, pero no activo el PID de la cama. Descomenta "#define PIDTEMPBED" y "#define BED_LIMIT_SWITCHING"

Para el hotend es casi obligado, así te evitas variaciones bruscas de temperatura.

Se hace para los que no tienen relé, o en su defecto SSR. Vamos, es un PID de toda la vida para que estabilice las temperaturas.

Antes que nada pedir disculpas por ensuciarte el hilo PENGO, lo pongo aquí por si le ocurre a a alguien mas. A ver si alguien me puede ayudar en el eje y el lazo izquierdo la varilla lisas se sale por ambos lados sin ejercerle fuerza alguna, por lo que se sale ¿es así o hay que hacerle algo? en caso de no ser así ¿puedo usar fija-tornillos para fijarla?

Despues de los ajustes de autotune me he impreso un llaverito del Word of Tanks. La variacion de temperatura de la cama ahora es insignificante. Gracias por vuestra ayuda WeSo y Triggerr.

Hay algo que no cuadra en tus piezas, por un lado veo que las superficies lisas sobra plástico, pero luego veo que en otros lados falla. Pierdes pasos en el extrusor? Utiilzas Slic3r?

Si, uso Slic3r, tengo q probar Cura, pero voy poco a poco.
Sobre perder pasos yo diria que no, la rueda dentada del extrusor gira uniformemente sin hacer cosas raras.
