DUDA Mi intento de core XY

Buenas  foreros .  soy bertonic.  de Barcelona es la primera vez que posteo en el foro a si que espero no saltarme algún paso .. la cosa es que estoy montando una Core XY y me salido del arduino de 8 bits  y marlin.   me metido en una electrónica de 32 bits con wifi la MKS ROBIN V.2.4  con pantalla tft    Vinculo    drivers  tmc 2130  y motores de  eje xy de 0.9 º  .. 

los primeros problemas.  no logro encontrar mucha información sobre configurar el archivo txt  ..

bien después de todo el royo comparto algunas imágenes de mi proyecto es una core XY  con un sistema hbot nunca  he montado alguna a si que seguro que hay problemas de diseño ..

como podéis ver no esta completa..  es que trabajo a si de mal sobre la marcha . no tengo ni flowers de 32 bit  pero  con dos cojones  .

bueno chicos hasta aquí tengo ahora mismo . espero que me podáis ayudar con el tema de la configuración del txt de la mks  robin 2.4  si me ayudáis subire todo el montaje y no hay problema en compartir el proyecto  muchas gracias a todos y un saludo

Hola @bertonic, bienvenido al foro.
Como he comentado en otros post, el sistema H-Bot me parece el más sencillo y elegante para la cinemática de una impresora tipo CoreXY, pero tiene un problema que se manifiesta si el guiado de uno de los ejes no es muy robusto y preciso.
Este es debido a los pares de fuerzas que se producen cuando el carro que soporta el extrusor cambia el sentido del movimiento y que hace que el conjunto de ese eje tienda a girar.
Si el sistema de guiado del otro eje no es capaz de anular dicho giro, se producen ligeros saltos que impiden realizar correctamente los movimientos de impresión.
En este video se aprecia el efecto, aunque ese montaje es mucho menos preciso que el que tú estás haciendo.
En tu caso utilizas guias lineales tipo IWIN y soportes metálicos mecanizados en una sola pieza, que son de lo mejor que se puede utilizar para este fin.
Pero, dado que solo utilizas un patín por cada apoyo, tendrás que comprobar si tienes una mínima rotación cuando aplicas fuerzas divergentes en los patines de los dos extremos de dicho eje.
Tal y como estás implementando tu proyecto, tiene muchas posibilidades de funcionar correctamente, pero mejor comprobarlo cuando aún estás en esta fase.

hasta donde yo se, la mks robin lleva su propio firmware cerrado... por lo que es complicado modificarlo y demas, nunca he visto una, y no se si la configuración de su txt es como en la mks sbase (smothieboard clon), de todas maneras, para la mks sbase tenian un github donde podias descargar un fichero txt base, mira si tambien lo tienen para la mks robin

Muy buenas Simemart  algo puede que si .pero que a simple vista no lo puedo ver . las piezas mecanizadas son de 5 mm de grueso a si que creo que robusta es  



yo creo que puede valer . no me gustaría poner otro patín mas que nada por el tema de perdida de recorrido es mas creo que flexa antes la correa que la estructura . Nusenuse

correcto en github esta el " firm "   lleva una sopa de archivos una carpeta con las  mks_font, mks_pic  , robin.bin mkswifi.bin y el txt ..  bien  me toca estudiar las opciones a fuego . luego el tema de los tmc2130  otra movida .

Hola. Yo estoy montando un cube con corexy tambien. Mi duda ¿que GT2 son mejores los de 16 o 20?. o ¿es indiferente no cambian la precision?. Y ¿dentados y lisos?. Gracias.

Hola, el número de dientes de las poleas afecta ligéramente a la precisión de desplazamiento, pero en la práctica no es algo que determine la decisión de poner unas u otras.
Con los motores habituales de 1,8º y drivers a 16 micropasos por milímetro, la precisión teórica que se consigue es 0,01 mm para las de 16 dientes y de 0,0125 mm las de 20 dientes.
La mitad si los drivers están configurados a 32 micropasos por milímetro.
Repito que todo esto es en teoría, en la práctica la mecánica de la impresora no lo suele permitir.
En todo caso, con la tecnología FDM esa diferencia pasa desapercibida.
Y sobre las poleas locas (supongo que te refieres a ellas con lo de dentados y lisos), yo prefiero que tengan dientes cuando la correa se apoya en la polea sobre ellos, ya que se reparte mejor la presión.
Aunque tampoco es una cosa determinante.

Perdona Simemart puedo prometer que no te persigo ni tengo nada contra ti al revés aprecio en gran medida es esfuerzo que haces por ayudarnos, pero los micropasos creo que no son por milímetro sino por paso. Un motor de 1,8º por paso tendrá 200 pasos por vuelta y con controlador a 16 micropasos por paso necesitara 3200 pulsos por vuelta. La distancia recorrida por paso dependerá del diámetro de la polea o del engranaje del eje. A mayor diámetro mayor recorrido. Una polea con distinto número de dientes tiene distinto recorrido por pulso y simplificando por micropaso dado que tienen distinto diámetro

Hola, tranquilo que no me siento perseguido. Contesto muchas preguntas y coincidiremos en muchos post.
Tienes razón, pensando en el valor que se configura en el firmware (micropasos por milímetro) se me fue ahí lo de por milímetro cuando quería decir por paso.
La precisión o resolución es la inversa del valor que se configura en el firmware, es decir, cuanto se mueve el eje en un micropaso.
Y, por supuesto, en el cálculo de los micropasos por milímetro es donde intervienen tanto los micropasos por paso como el avance del eje por cada vuelta de motor.
Esto último dependerá de como sea la mecánica: si se utilizan poleas, en lugar del diámetro se utiliza el número de dientes multiplicado por 2 (ya que suelen ser del tipo GT2, con 2 milímetros de distancia entre dientes).
Si son husillos o varillas roscadas, el paso por vuelta.

Hola de nuevo . jeje  bueno este proyecto sigue adelante . me gustaría tener mas tiempo para  ser mas continuado con el tema pero ya sabéis que familia, trabajo, pereza .. Pero bueno estos días le saque el polvo y me puse otro rato con ella . bien que contaros .  al principio me acojone con el proyecto electrónica a 32 bit, drivers que no conocía muy bien  ,hardware distinto a lo típico que tenia mas por la mano . pero nada san google esta  en nuestras vidas para resolvernos las movidas .. El tema de la electrónica   cerrada creo que la cague .  hubiera sido mejor montar una libre que se puede modificar pero vamos esta no es muy difícil de configurar es bastante sencillo  poner parámetros   habilitar 1  des habilitar 0  incorpora la función de  respaldo por si en una impresión tienes que apagar la maquina  y cuando sea preciso  volver a imprimir..  funciones de autolevel  seguridad para el filamento vamos lo típico de las impresoras de hoy en día

yo tengo una core xy y de igual manera estoy configurando el firmware y resulta que cuando configuro el extrusor no me sale los mm que quiero, no se si tengas la configuracion del extrusor, te agradeceria muchisimo, saludos

hola pues creo recordar que sobre los 1600 mm por que mis motores son de 0.9 º hay una manera de configurar los pasos del extrusor 



perdon por que no mostré la impresora funcionando
