CONSULTA No puedo hacer funcionar mi Prusa i3

Hola amigos hace varios días que termine de armar mi impresora prusa i3, pero cuando quiero imprimir no lo logro. El error es que hace homing pero al terminar y llegada la hora de imprimir el carro que se encuentra en el EJE X como que en vez de ir para el lado derecho va para el lado izquierdo y sigue apretando el endstop y hace un ruido terrible, ocasionando que no pueda empezar a imprimir ni por casualidad

Hola,

haz homing del eje X y después mueve manualmente ese eje.

Si te va al revés, pincha la conexión del motor en la placa al revés.

Si se te arregla la dirección del eje pero se te ha estropeado la dirección del homing, busca dentro de Marlin, en configuration.h :

Nono ya probé eso también y no hay forma, trate de cambiar el driver pensando que se había estropeado y no, pero cuando cambio la ficha del motor del eje X y lo pongo en el Y por ejemplo me funcionan ambos sentidos y el motor que coloque en el pin del eje X me hace la misma falla...

Respira hondo, como decia Sherlock Holmes, (o algo así) lo imposible por improbable que sea, una vez descartado todo lo demás, es la verdad.

Antes de pensar en que el universo te tiene maní ay dado que coincido con lo que te ha dicho @drow, porque no te haces una lista y ves tachando cosas:

Si hace el homing en el eje X correctamente (puedes descartar que se te haya soltado el sensor de fin de recorrido, o que esté mal configurado), pero no detecta el interruptor o sensor como fin de recorrido al desplazarte manualmente...

Es muy probable que tengas configurado, como te han indicado, el sensor de ese eje como MAX en lugar de como MIN, y eso unido a que esta conectado el motor al revés, cuando hace homing el quiere ir al sensor de la izquierda (visto de frente)... que no tienes... pero al desplazarse el motor al revés, va al de la derecha y como cree que esta en el lado contrario del eje lo considera el cero del lado MAXimo del eje X.

Después intentas moverte a la derecha, y el lo hace a la izquierda, pero como para el a la derecha no hay sensor... ignora el que tienes montado.


1.- Empieza por invertir la conexión del motor en la controladora. El motor ahora debería moverse al reves que antes (independientemente de que haga homing o no)

Esta bien... Acabo de invertir la ficha y el motor ahora gira para el otro lado, obviamente no va a hacer homing porque del otro lado no tiene endstop que lo frene al carro

Enhorabuena!
Ahora puedes dejarlo como estaba y cambiar unicamente la dirección de ese eje en el firmware, o continuar a partir de este punto configurando los EndStop. 
Si los tienes a la izquierda del carro, visto de frente, configuralos como MIN, y si están a al derecha como MAX, si tienes ambos habilita los dos, MIN y MAX.
Con eso debería ser capaz de detectarlo.

Pero para probarlo sin correr el riesgo de que el motor no pare al llegar al final,  yo lo haría de la siguiente manera:

Escribe M119 y enviáselo a la impresora. Te devuelve el estado de los EndStop.
Ahora pulsa el del eje X y sin soltarlo vuelve a enviar a la impresora M119.
¿ha cambiado el estado?
Si es así puedes probar el home de ese eje ya con el motor, o bien desde un entorno gráfico o enviando a la impresora: G0 Z0

Siempre me hizo homing y siempre me lo freno el endstop el problema es que el eje no se puede mover para ambos lados y llegado a la hora de la impresión solamente se mueve para el lado del endstop y no se puede imprimir

Porque si es así, y lo que no he creído entenderte que hace ahora es volver hacia "atras" es decir ir en dirección al Endstop.

Nono siempre fue en la dirección correcta solo que el carro siempre se me movío para un solo lado y si con el programa Slicer lo quiero mover para la derecha no se puede. Solamente va para el lado izquierdo,es decir donde esta el endstop y hace homing

Ah! Pues no me había enterado del problema, lo siento.

A ver hay muy pocos motivos para que el eje X no se desplace en un sentido y si en el otro, los enumero:

El firmware cree que ya está en el fin de carro en ese sentido. Pero eso no puede ser porque tú dices que el homing de ese eje lo hace bien.

Puedes confirmar si es eso, anulando el seguro por software de Marlin, envía a la impresora: M211 S0 e intenta moverte hacia el lado que no podías. ¿lo consigues?

Pues ya hemos descartado que sea un problema del fin de carro...
Pero te aseguro que me habría apostado un café a que iban por ahí los tiros.

Si el desplazamiento del eje X es correcto y el endstop está bien configurado, de momento lo que se me ocurre es que tengas mal configuradas las dimensiones de trabajo.

En configuration.h busca:

Prueba a cambiar esto : #define X_MAX_ENDSTOP_INVERTING false // set to true to invert the logic of the endstop. Ponlo en true y vuelves a cargar el marlin.
