• El LDR mide la cantidad de luz disponible.
  
• Arduino lee el valor analógico del sensor.
  
• Si la iluminación baja de determinado nivel, se activa una salida.
  
• Cuando vuelve a haber suficiente luz, la salida se desactiva.
  

De momento estoy haciendo las primeras pruebas en una protoboard, pero me gustaría mejorar el proyecto para que el cambio de estado no sea demasiado brusco cuando el valor del sensor está cerca del límite.
También estoy pensando en añadir una pequeña histéresis por software, por ejemplo, utilizar un valor para activar la salida y otro ligeramente superior para desactivarla. Creo que así se evitarían cambios rápidos cuando la iluminación fluctúa.
¿Alguien ha trabajado con este tipo de montaje y recomienda alguna forma concreta de filtrar las lecturas del LDR? Me interesa especialmente saber si merece la pena utilizar una media de varias lecturas, un filtro sencillo o simplemente ajustar los umbrales.
La idea es mantener el circuito lo más sencillo posible y utilizar componentes fáciles de encontrar.

hola, mi maquina es laser co2, marca generica, envío foto del acople que conecta las varillas del eje y que se dañó, y no sé si es mejor un acople tipo araña u otro tipo de acople, y envío foto del riel del eje x, que es donde tiene juego el cabezal de la laser, para el juego que tiene en ese riel no sé si debo cambiar tanto el riel como el carro, o si con solo cambiar el carro del riel el problema se solucione... y envío foto de como me está sacando las plantillas, al tener el acople malo, no mueve de la misma manera los dos lados del eje y
