hola, mi maquina es laser co2, marca generica, envío foto del acople que conecta las varillas del eje y que se dañó, y no sé si es mejor un acople tipo araña u otro tipo de acople, y envío foto del riel del eje x, que es donde tiene juego el cabezal de la laser, para el juego que tiene en ese riel no sé si debo cambiar tanto el riel como el carro, o si con solo cambiar el carro del riel el problema se solucione... y envío foto de como me está sacando las plantillas, al tener el acople malo, no mueve de la misma manera los dos lados del eje y

[PROYECTO / BETA] RIG Print Server ESP32 para controlar e imprimir con Marlin sin Raspberry Pi
Hola a todos.
Llevo un tiempo desarrollando y probando un pequeño servidor de impresión basado en ESP32. La idea es usar la propia microSD del ESP32 para guardar los G-code y enviarlos por UART a una placa con Marlin, sin Raspberry Pi y sin necesidad de pantalla física.
La versión actual es la V21.4 y en mi máquina está funcionando bien, pero solo se ha probado de forma intensiva con esta combinación:

ESP32 con UART2
BTT SKR v1.4
Marlin 2.0.6.1
UART a 115200 baudios
microSD externa conectada al SPI del ESP32

El código se publica bajo licencia GPL-3.0-only para que pueda estudiarse, probarse y mejorarse manteniendo abiertas las versiones redistribuidas.
¿Qué permite hacer?

Subir, listar, borrar y seleccionar G-code desde el navegador.
Imprimir desde la microSD del ESP32 enviando los comandos a Marlin por UART.
Ver temperaturas, posición y estado de la impresora.
Mover ejes, hacer home y ajustar hotend, cama, ventilador, velocidad y flujo.
Usar una terminal G-code con una chuleta de comandos M.
Mostrar una pantalla exclusiva durante la impresión con temperaturas, cancelación y opciones.
Mostrar progreso temporal usando el comentario ;TIME: generado por el laminador.
Registrar eventos en una Black Box.
Recuperarse de determinados bloqueos mediante watchdog e IDLE guard.
Actualizar el ESP32 por OTA o desde la página web.

La barra temporal empieza en 0 %, avanza de forma uniforme según el tiempo estimado del laminador, se mantiene como máximo en 99 % mientras la impresión sigue activa y pasa al 100 % al finalizar correctamente.
Lo que busco
No quiero presentarlo como un producto terminado. Busco ayuda para revisar el código y, sobre todo, personas que quieran probarlo con otras placas, versiones de Marlin y modelos de ESP32. Me interesa especialmente comprobar:

estabilidad de la microSD tras muchas subidas y borrados;
órdenes largas como M400, M109 y M190;
cancelación mientras Marlin responde busy: processing;
compatibilidad con G-code de Cura y otros laminadores;
posibles fallos de seguridad o bloqueos entre web, SD y UART.

Incluyo un G-code llamado XYTIME70.GCO para una primera prueba: no calienta, no extruye y solo ejecuta home y movimientos X/Y. Aun así, hay que comprobar antes que los recorridos sean seguros para cada máquina y no dejar la prueba sin vigilancia.

Avisos importantes

Es una beta experimental: probar bajo supervisión y con posibilidad de cortar alimentación.
No exponer los puertos 80 o 23 a Internet; está pensado para una LAN de confianza.
No conectar 12 V directamente al ESP32 ni a la microSD.
La copia pública lleva las credenciales Wi-Fi sustituidas por TU_WIFI y TU_CLAVE_WIFI.

Si alguien lo prueba y encuentra un problema, agradecería que indicase placa, versión de Marlin, modelo de ESP32, velocidad UART, pasos exactos y el registro Black Box.

Hola, tengo una ramps 1.4 con klipper controlada por una rapsberry 4 pi, y estoy intentando usar 3 extrusores unidos a un sólo hotend, que tiene tres entradas para el filamento... el problema es que uno de esos extrusores tendría que estar controlado por un ebb42 gen2, y cuando intento compartir los datos del hotend, no paran de aparecerme errores... alguien podría ayudarme? gracias por adelantado por la información.

hola, estoy intentando programar el eddy en una impresora con klipper, pero aun siguiendo los pasos, el eddy no hace su funcion de endstop z, y se "estampa" continuamente contra la lámina magnetica y metalica de la cama caliente, podrían ayudarme? gracias por adelantado por la ayuda.

Elegoo Neptune 3 pro roza en las impresiones

Hola a tod@s. El problema que tengo no mi impresora es que roza en las impresiones y me pasa desde la primera capa y sobre todo por la zona central de la cama. He mirado de todo, he auto nivelado la cama una y otra vez, he subido el salto en retracción en z, incluso en plena impresión he ido subiendo en z de 0,005 en 0,005 hasta 4 veces y cuando consigo que deje de rozar, al haber subido tanto empieza a imprimir mal. También, he ajustado tanto el cabezal como la cama, para que no tengan movimiento, pero sigue igual.
Normalmente utilizo el laminador Elegoo cura y es cierto que, puedo hacer que esquive las impresiones y los soportes en los desplazamientos, pero en algunas impresiones no tiene más remedio que pasar por encima.
¿Qué más puedo hacer?

Muy buenas gente tengo un problema con mis impresiones y espero que alguien me pueda ayudar porque me estoy volviendo loco, actualmente estoy imprimiendo con una Ender 3 pro con klipper y no consigo que me acabe bien las impresiones, ahora mismo estoy imprimiendo un dispensador de palillos y en las espirales de resorte las paredes están separadas y la capara superior de lo demás tampoco es buena, he realizado calibraciones de flujo, te temperatura, he nivelado la cama de manera manual mil veces y nada siempre me sale igual. El laminador que utilizo es orca slicer
