Hola, ya tengo preparado el sensor para conectarlo a la placa, ocurre que, en los comentarios se habla de una placa Anet y, yo tengo la MKS Gen L. V1.0 y, tengo dudas de como conectarlo. Imagino que los dos cables que salen del Optoacoplador , irán a la toma de 12 V. y, el Azul, ¿se queda donde estaba ?
Si pudieras aclararlo, como siempre te estaría agradecido. Saludos, Juan

Si lo he entendido... ¿saco un ramal del cable marrón desde donde indicas, hasta el positivo de la fuente de alimentación ?

Hola, me temo que tienes mal conectado el optoacoplador.
Si no me equivoco, en ese modelo en concreto, la indicación de la posición de las patillas la da el pequeño escalón que lleva y de ese lado normalmente está la 1.
Efectivamente, tienes que conectar el punto donde se unen el cable marrón del sensor y la resistencia, con el positivo de la fuente de alimentación. Suelda un cable ahí y conéctalo a la fuente.
Las fotos engañan mucho con los colores y sí parece que es de 1K la resistencia. En todo caso, si tienes polímetro, puedes comprobarlo.
En principio no veo problema en que, una vez funcione todo correcto, lo cubras como dices. Yo suelo meterlo todo en una pequeña cajita impresa.
En todo caso, antes de utilizarlo en la impresora, comprueba que funciona de forma correcta.
Para ello, solo tienes que ver (con el polímetro) si hay continuidad entre los dos cables que van al conector de final de carrera de Z cuando se activa el sensor.

Hola, buenos días, ya hice la modificación del Optoacoplador, la verdad que se nota en la intensidad de la luz, coloque el extrusor entre la cama y, la hoja de papel para graduar la altura y sensibilidad del sensor. Subí el eje Z 20 cm. para hacer la prueba de corte y, al colocar algo debajo del sensor, enciende el Led, pero no para. ( menos mal que seguí tu consejo de elevarlo)
Aparte, he colocado un Mosfet para la cama y, ha ido bien...
¿Que crees que, puedo haber hecho mal con relación al sensor? Lo cierto es, que, no me atrevo a hacer ningún tipo de prueba hasta no tener la seguridad del sensor. ¿Que me aconsejas?

Hola, comprueba si al firmware le llega la señal de activación del sensor.
Para ello, conecta la impresora al ordenador por USB y envía el comando gcode M119 (con Pronterface, por ejemplo) con el sensor desactivado y activado.
En el primer caso tiene que devolver la respuesta z-min: open y en el segundo z-min: TRIGGERED.
Si no sucede así, hay algo mal en el sensor, en la conexión o en la configuración.

Hola, el primer M119, es con el Led apagado y, el segundo, con el Led encendido.
He intentado configurar el desface del sensor en el eje Z y, al llegar al punto tres, al hacer el G28, el extrusor de nuevo choco con la cama.
He revisado la instalación y, esta como me indicaste, también la configuración esta correcta. Entonces he pedido un nuevo sensor y cuando lo tenga instalado, te digo cosas. Muchas gracias y, saludos, Juan.

Si luce el sensor me parece raro que sea él el problema.
Tendrás que comprobar que te funciona correctamente el final de carrera Z- en la placa. Para ello, conecta el interruptor de otro eje en él y vuelve a hacer la prueba con el M119, sin pulsarlo y pulsándolo.
Si da TRIGGERED con él pulsado, entonces es que está mal el sensor o la conexión. ¿Has comprobado que funciona bien el optoacoplador?
Si sigue dando open en los dos casos, comprueba que tienes habilitada en el archivo Configuration.h la línea #define USE_ZMIN_PLUG.

Hola, al quitar el conector del sensor, me di cuenta que el cable marrón estaba suelto lo soldé de nuevo hice el M119 y, cuando probé si el sensor cortaba por proximidad, no lo hacia.
He comprobado que tengo habilitada la linea Configuration.h la línea #define USE_ZMIN_PLUG.
Y, con relación al Optoacoplador, la verdad no se como comprobarlo. ¿Como lo puedo hacer? Saludos, Juan.

Hola, no entiendo muy bien lo que indicas en tu ultima respuesta.
Por los comentarios sobre el estado del led, entiendo que ese reporte del comando M119 es con el sensor conectado y si es así, indica que el sensor ya funciona correctamente.
¿Pero dices que no corta el movimiento del eje cuando se activa?. Hay algo que no cuadra en todo eso o no estoy entendiendo bien lo que quieres indicar.
Como te puse en la respuesta #24, puedes comprobar si funciona el optoacoplador midiendo si hay continuidad entre los cables del conector que va al Z- de la placa cuando se activa el sensor.

Hola, correcto, el comentario sobre M119.
Para comprobar el sensor, subo 20 CM.el eje Z, mando bajar y, a mitad de camino, pongo una chapita para que corte y, no lo hace.
Y, las medidas que me da el Optoacoplador, son estas...

Hola, no indicas si esas medidas son con el sensor activado (led encendido) o desactivado (led apagado).
En todo caso, solo son relevantes las medidas 1-2 y 4-5, pero los valores que indicas son incompatibles: si está desactivado, la 1-2 es correcta, pero no la 4-5. Y viceversa si está activado.
¿Que referencia tiene el sensor?

Disculpa, me había liado yo. Las medidas que pusiste antes son correctas si es con el sensor desactivado, tanto para 1-2 como para 4-5.
En estas que pones ahora, si son con el sensor activado, esta bien la 4-5, pero la 1-2 debería ser 12V.
En todo caso, lo que importan son las medidas en 4-5 y las que obtienes son el funcionamiento correcto para un sensor NPN-NO.
Comprueba ahora con el comando M119, estando el sensor activado y sin activar. En el primer caso y si está conectado en el conector Z- de la placa, debe dar z_min: TRIGGERED y en el segundo z_min: open.
Si no es así, entonces el problema no está en el hardware, por lo que habrá que investigar el software.
Adjunta el fichero Configuration.h para revisarlo.

Hola, lo que te pedía era que adjuntases el archivo, no que incluyeras en la respuesta su contenido. Mejor lo borras para no entorpecer la lectura del post.
Los archivos se adjuntan en la página que sale pulsando Vista previa del mensaje.
No veo nada mal configurado respecto al sensor, aunque te comento algunas cosas que veo en el resto.
Tienes unas aceleraciones demasiado altas y creo que tienes mal configurados los valores de micropasos por milímetro de los ejes XYZ (por lo menos del Z).
Revisa las poleas de los ejes X e Y. Me extraña que no sean de 16 dientes, con lo que el valor correcto sería 100. Si son de 20 dientes, sí estarían bien.
Por otra parte, la E12 lleva husillos T8 de 8 mm de paso en el eje Z y con los TMC2208 en modo Standalone, que deberían estar configurados a 16 micropasos, el valor correcto es 400.
Dado que no has podido operar con normalidad, aun no se ha reflejado el error en las impresiones.
Tienes un valor algo bajo para la velocidad máxima del eje Z y los valores para el "homing" están algo descompensados.
En resumen, yo configuraría así todos estos valores (previa comprobación que las poleas de X e Y son de 16 dientes y a falta de realizar la calibración del extrusor):

Sobre el optoacoplador, veo que no has modificado su conexión como te indicaba en la respuesta #24. Yo diría que está conectado al revés, aunque me extrañan las medidas que tienes, pues parecen correctas. La verdad es que no me cuadra muy bien la información que tengo.
Es raro que tengas tantos problemas para que te funcione correctamente este montaje. No tiene nada especialmente complicado.

Hola, sobre el Optoacoplador, si lo tengo modificado, ocurre que puse una foto anterior para poner los datos.
Las poleas de los ejes X y, Y son de 20 dientes.
#define HOMING_FEEDRATE_Z (2*60) Antes lo tenia en 6*60 cuando me hacia el famoso ruido.
Lo del adjuntar archivo, no me sale ... Por cierto podrías mirar la configuración de la pantalla Anet E12, no consigo activarla en esta placa (MKS Gen L. 1.0 V.)
