Que pin utilizar para conectar un ventilador PWM?

Estoy intentando conectar un ventilador de capa controlado por software pero no tengo ni idea de que pins PWM están libres.

Tengo una RAMPS 1.4 (la de la conjunta) y también doble extrusor. Me he currado un pequeño circuito para alimentar el ventilador luego solo necesito la señal.

Los pines para servos es para poner un sistema a la cama y que se nivele sola



Es interesante lo que estas buscando, pero yo te diría de comprar unos circuitos que de los 12voltios te convierte a los PWM para el ventilador. O vienen con un potenciometro o una pequeña pantalla para poder gestionar los ventiladores.

No obstante mañana me pongo a leer los pines donde van y ver si queda libre alguno de los PMW y a probar Guiño

No si la idea es utilizar un pin PWM para poder controlarlo desde el propio gcode y/o repetier y/o el panel lcd. Para ello necesito una salida PWM sí o sí, de otra forma utilizaría un potenciómetro ya que un ventilador de capa apenas necesita potencia.

Mi motherboard es 34.

Echa un vistazo a este hilo de la lista de Clone Wars. Allí se comentan circuitos y pines para ventiladores de capa y de hotend. La clave está en el archivo configuration_adv.h de marlin.

Me estaba volviendo loco pero al final resulta que usando DEFINE MOTHERBOARD 34 ya viene configurado un pin para el ventilador aunque no lo especifique. Osciloscopio en mano he descubierto que ese pin es D4 el cual efectivamente varía el ciclo de trabajo al modificar la velocidad por software.

Problema con ventilador solucinado.
Siguiente misión: conexion por BT.

Luego el pin 4 es el ventilador de tu placa por defecto. Hay algunos pines mas no tan famosos, los de los servor de la cama para la autocalibracion, que no tengo ni idea como funcionan aunque si lo he visto en youtube, y algun pin mas como uno para apagar la fuente de alimentacion al terminar (para fuentes atx como la del pc, que tienen un cable verde para apagarla y encenderla).

Por curiosidad, puedes enseñarnos el circuito del ventilador? Si compras un ventilador de 3 pines, puedes conectarlo directamente sin inventos. Pero me gustaria verlo, igual convierto el mio Gran sonrisa

Los ventiladores de 3 pines normalmente su 3º pin es una señal para contar revoluciones, los de 4 pines si que se pueden usar de este modo.

En cuanto al esquema del controlador del ventilador no lo tengo porque es tan simple que ni siquiera me he molestado en diseñarlo, lo he hecho al vuelo.

Partes necesarias:

Un MOSFET de puerta activada con nivel lógico (3-5v) como un 2N7000(es mi favorito)
Un diodo
Un condensador de ~100nf (opcional)
Resistencia de ~1k
Resistencia de ~10k


El positivo del ventilador conectado al pin +12v y el pin negativo conectado a "drain" en el transistor.
El condesador entre +12v y negativo del ventilador.
El ánodo del diodo conectado al pin tierra y el cátodo a +12v.
El pin de señal a través de la resistencia de 1k a "gate" del transistor y a través de la resistencia de 10k al pin tierra.
"source" del transistor al pin tierra.

De este modo tenemos 5 pin.
Ventilador +
ventilador -
+12
señal
tierra

No obstante puedo hacer el esquema si es necesario pero es un controlador básico de los que habrá un montón a nada que busques.
