Ventilador automático según temperatura

Hoooola, no se el vuestro, pero mi ventilador mete un ruido que no es ni medio normal, no suele calentarse mucho la Raspberry pero si por ejemplo hago un backup de libreelec se acerca a los 80º...
Me gustaría saber si se puede automatizar el encendido mediante GPIO. He encontrado este tutorial para Orange Pi https://descubriendolaorangepi.wordpress...libreelec/ pero no se si valdrá para raspberry
Alguna idea?

Hola,

Yo busque sobre el tema y se podia hacer algo con un trasistor y un programilla python, al final opte por conectar el ventilador a 3 V en vez de a 5V que hace mucho menos ruido y la raspberry se mantiene a 37/38º
